Are the tickets refundable if I can’t make it or miss the show?

Unfortunately once your tickets are purchased they are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be exchanged for credit or another date. We ask that you are 100% positive you’ll be able to attend before purchasing tickets to the show.

Can I reserve a seat within a section?

We do not offer individual seat reservations within sections (VIP and Cabaret Level). This is because each site we perform at is unique, and our seating arrangements may vary from city to city to accommodate different layouts. However, we are happy to reserve seating for wheelchair accessibility. If you require this, please add a note to your booking, and we’ll ensure the appropriate accommodations are made.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

Absolutely! Our group rates start at 10 or more guests. If you have a group of 10 or more please contact our box office at 1 300 895 177 to receive the group rates. Group tickets must be purchased all together to receive the group discount. Please be aware seating is not reserved within your selected section unless you’ve purchased the VIP Lounge Upgrade.

If your attending with a group we highly recommend arriving early to reserve your seats. Late comers may not be able to sit all together.

How long is the show?

Our Adult Cabaret is approx 90 minutes with a 20 minute intermission. The show usually wraps up at 9:30pm.
Our Family Friendly show “The Librarians Labyrinth” is a 60 minute show with a 20 minute intermission. The show usually finishes at 12:30pm

Is food available?

We do offer a selection of food and snacks available within the chapiteau. Please check out our menu at https://paramourcabaret.com/menu-2/

Is the chapiteau licensed?

Absolutely! It’s not a cabaret without the bar! The bar opens one hour prior to the show so arrive early and avoid the lines!

What is the dress code?

We recommend a casual attire but you wont get kicked out for wearing socks and sandles…we’ll just tease you 😉

What time does the show start?

Our showtimes vary depending on location and what show you’re attending. All showtimes will be listed on the individual show page and on your tickets. For our tent shows, the doors to the Chapiteau will open 1 hour prior to the start of the show.
